Introduction
These general terms and conditions of sale (T&C) govern the sales of artworks, reproductions, as well as cultural mediation services offered by Atelier Lundi-Léandre. By placing an order on the site, you accept these conditions without reservation.
Orders and Artwork Purchases
Artwork Reservation
It is possible to reserve an artwork before purchasing it by paying a deposit. The reservation period and deposit amount will be specified when ordering.
Certificate of Authenticity
Each original artwork sold comes with a signed certificate of authenticity, guaranteeing the originality of the work.
Sale of Reproductions
Limited edition prints are available for sale. These reproductions are not considered original artworks and are clearly distinguished from unique works.
Viewing the Artwork Before Purchase
If you are in the Paris region or if an exhibition is ongoing, it is possible to arrange a visit to see the artwork in person. Please contact us in advance to arrange the details.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. However, instead of a refund, store credit may be offered for a future order. Return shipping costs remain the buyer's responsibility. The artwork must be returned in its original packaging or secure packaging and in perfect condition.
Shipping and Delivery
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on destination and type of shipping chosen. Generally, delivery takes between 5 and 15 working days after order validation. If you need urgent delivery, please contact us before ordering.
International Delivery
We ship our artworks to several countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on destination. Any customs fees are the customer's responsibility.
Artwork Packaging
Each artwork is carefully packaged with appropriate materials to ensure secure transport (tissue paper, reinforced cardboard, corner protectors, etc.).
Artwork Framing
Artworks are not framed before shipping, but they are packaged securely to avoid any damage during transport.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary according to the size of the artwork and destination. They will be calculated at the time of ordering.
Order Tracking
After shipping your order, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow the progress of your package in real time.
Damaged Artwork
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us immediately providing photos of the package and artwork. A solution will be found, either an exchange or refund depending on circumstances.
Hand Delivery
If you are in Nantes or Paris, hand delivery can be arranged according to my availability. Please contact me before placing an order to arrange the details.
Specific Carrier
By default, artworks are shipped with trusted carriers. If you want a specific carrier, please inform us before finalizing your order.
Express Delivery Option
An express delivery option may be available depending on destination. Contact us before ordering to discuss details.
Cultural Mediation and Workshops
Classes and Workshops
Currently, we offer occasional workshops and cultural mediation interventions. Regular classes may be considered in the future.
Target Audience
Cultural mediations are adapted for schools, associations, cultural institutions, and companies wishing to raise awareness about art and its issues among their audience. Everyone is welcome.
Topics Covered
Cultural mediations address various themes around art and art history, with a focus on painting, body representations, the heritage of Afro-descendant cultures, as well as subjects like feminism and representation issues. Each mediation is designed to be interactive and accessible to the relevant audience.

My Journey and Artistic Approach
Artistic Style
My style is a blend of several artistic movements, with a predominance of color and work on representations of Afro-descendant bodies and identities. My approach is personal, intuitive, and engaged.
Techniques Used
Primarily oil painting, but I also explore other mediums depending on projects.
Engagement of My Works
My work addresses questions of representation, memory, and identities, particularly around Black bodies and the Afrofeminist movement.

Payment Methods
Payment can be made via :
PayPal (with or without an account, possibility to pay by credit card)
Bank transfer (IBAN details will be provided when ordering)
Payment in installments may be offered depending on the order amount. Please contact us to discuss this before purchase validation.
Artwork Ownership
The buyer obtains full material ownership of the artwork once payment is made in full. However, the artist retains all copyright, including reproduction, representation, and exhibition rights, in accordance with the Intellectual Property Code.
No reproduction or use of the artwork may be made without prior written authorization from the artist.
Artwork Prices
Displayed prices are in euros (€) and are fixed, unless otherwise stated. Any temporary promotion or discount will be clearly indicated when ordering.
Buyer Responsibility
The buyer undertakes to respect the artist's rights and not to reproduce or distribute the artworks (images, texts, content) without prior agreement. Certain reproductions may be authorized within a specific framework, after written request and artist validation.
Personal Data Protection (GDPR)
Personal information collected via this site (orders, contact form, newsletter) is used only within the framework of the customer relationship: order processing, sending information, billing.
This data is processed in compliance with GDPR. You may at any time request access, rectification, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.
Force Majeure
The artist cannot be held responsible for any delay or failure to perform contractual obligations in case of force majeure: natural disaster, strike, logistics problem beyond her control, health conflict, etc.
Modifications to T&C
I reserve the right to modify these general terms and conditions of sale at any time. In case of modification, the conditions applied will be those in force on the date of the order.
